We have over twenty years practical experience in this field. We can assist in design, implementation, and auditing of your HACCP system, and provide bespoke or certificated (RIPH) training for your staff.

Food Hygiene


We are able to offer guidance on the reduction of microbial contamination from the environment, equipment, water, air, and personnel. As well as undertaking the required analysis we can offer practical advice on cleaning and disinfection, and appropriate monitoring systems e.g. swabbing programs.

Quality Management Systems

We can provide guidance and assistance in the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, particularly where compliance with BRC / EFSIS Technical Standards is required.

Design and layout of factories


We can assist you in design, layout, and product flow of factories and processes - both new and modifications of existing installations.

As part of this service, we can also provide advice on hygienic engineering of equipment and related cleaning issues.

BRC Food Technical Standard
The BRC Food Technical Standard was created to establish a standard for the supply of food products and to act as key piece of evidence for UK retailers and brand owners to demonstrate ‘due diligence*’ in the face of potential prosecution by the enforcement authorities.

It has now become the international mark of excellence. Certification verifies technical competence and aids manufacturers, brand owners and retailers in fulfilment of legal obligations. It also safeguards the consumer.
