Ewan graduated in Applied Microbiology from Strathclyde University and has since worked in technical and quality management in a variety of sectors within the food industry.
He has worked for a number of major food producers including Unilever, Dairy Crest, and Geest, and has dealt with a wide range of retail customers, such as ASDA, Marks and Spencer, J Sainsbury, Tesco and Waitrose. He has also worked with numerous industrial customers including British Bakeries, McVitie’s, Nestle, and several Unilever companies world-wide.
He has extensive experience as a food safety consultant, hygiene auditor, HACCP trainer, and has previously carried out BRC Certification audits for a leading certification body. He is a BRC-trained third party auditor. |
